Comparing Declarations

Learning Activity 4.9: The women at the Seneca Falls Convention wrote what many have called the Second Declaration of Independence. Following the pattern of the Declaration of Independence these women wrote the Declaration of Sentiments and Resolutions. These documents speak to the rights that each person has been given by their Creator as well as grievances each group felt had been done to them. Read the two documents by following the links below.

For this assignment you will compare the two documents lining up the similar passages. Then answer the questions below each segment. Make sure to back up your answers with facts from the documents and readings. When finished submit into SLATE. Learning Activity 4.9
