A summit meeting is a collaborative discussion on a specific problem. The members of the summit come prepared to discuss and offer solutions. Below is the explanation of capstone project. The summit will take place when members of the summit are ready to come together and discuss. Expect revision.

1.) Explore Genre Sheet Formative Assessment: Do you fully understand the project and what is expected?
2.) Topic Proposal: Do you have members organized, know what you need to research and have the work divided?
3.) Annotated Bibliography: Do you have credible sources that are useful in this discussion?
4.) Outline: Does everyone have something to contribute? Is the work evenly distributed? Does it flow?
5.) Feedback Sheet: How can we make this better?

- After gathering resources of all group members, create an annotated bibliography to show your sources and how you plan to use them.

- Make sure to submit your annotated bibliography to Slate for each member of your group.

- Make sure each member of your group has a role in the summit meeting.
- View the example. Remember this is just an example. Craft your outline however it serves your project best.

- Your actual performance of the summit will be scheduled by your whole team and the facilitator when all pieces have been constructed, revised, and approved.
