Keeping your post-secondary Life Plan in mind, set at least five academic and/or activity goals for 11th grade. Please copy the following SMART Goal Worksheet to record each of your goals (five completed worksheets minimum), and submit to your Career and College Success A Google Classroom when completed. Remember, the more clearly you state your goals, the greater the likelihood that you will achieve them. If you have questions as to what the acronym SMART stands for, refer to the SMART Goal Guidelines.
