• Reception Parents

From next week reception children should come to school in PE kit on a Monday and a Wednesday. It is part of the EYFS curriculum that children are able to dress them selves as part of the Personal Social and Emotional Development area of the EYFS. So we need your help. Please encourage your children to undress and dress themselves, including shoes and socks. We will be inviting some children to bring PE kit again after Christmas so that we can assess how independent they are. To be able to say your child has a achieved GLD (good level of development) at the end of reception, this is one of the objectives they must be able to do. Thank you so much with yhour support.

Hello! I am the class teacher of Starling Class on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays. I absolutely love thinking of ways to make learning fun and memorable. I am so excited to teach Starlings this year, I believe the combination of reception and year 1 is fantastic for all of the children and I am excited for the year ahead.
