4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences

On the 4th of February, I attended a color run. Color run was a collaborative effort in advocating for and raising funds towards the important and meaningful work of Operation Smile Thailand. They provide cleft lip and cleft palate treatments through delivering safe surgery to people where it's needed most, their partnership with ISB and NIST and Operation Smile Service Groups. By participating in this experience, a challenge that I was faced was being tired and somewhat out of shape. I have now realized this and I am attempting to work on this. I was also able to show commitment by running the full 4 kilometers while some of my friends ran less than that.
