4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
I decided to do a 2 week fitness challenge because I used to be in better shape (haven't done fitness in a year). A challenge that I have encountered was that during the first 4 days, all the workouts seemed harder than normal (because I used to be somewhat fit). These exercises were basic and helped me become motivated to work out. I showed perseverance through this activity because I was able to be consistent to workout every day for 2 weeks.

I re-learned how to snorkel. A challenge that I faced was that I had to get used to the fins and breathing using the tube. I have swam before but never snorkeled. Swimming with the fins are hard because I am not used to the fins and the drag from the water. A challenge that was present was that I was unsure on how to snorkel. By participating in this challenge, I was able to develop the skills of snorkeling and show comittement to trying something new.
