Whiptail History
The Whiptails first came into this world in 1996, as a small group of students meeting up to play frisbee. Over the years, this group grew, and enough students became committed to the sport that the Wellesley Whiptails became a constitutionalized club sport in 2003. By 2006 there were enough members of the team to split into the Whips and the Tails, the Whiptails' respective A and B teams for the spring season; the Whips went to DIII Nationals in 2022 (2nd), 2011 (9th), and 2010.
