Have seating areas if outdoors?
Take place in an area with easy elevator or ramp access?
Have accessible seating(ex: non-attached desks, wheelchair-friendly benches, foldable chairs)?
Include safe food for people with dietary restrictions beyond vegetarian and vegan (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, Kosher, halal, etc.)?
Include food with correct allergen labels?
Include protocols for making sure food isn't contaminated with allergens when served?
Take place in an accessible space with ramps, bathroom access, and navigable room for wheelchairs, walkers, etc.?
Take place in a building or outdoor space that is van-accessible?
Take place in a sensory-friendly space (no fluorescent lights, excessively loud noise) or provide sensory-friendly areas for a break?
Include closed-captioning (for movies, TV, etc. or on Zoom) or a transcript?
Include a sign language interpreter if necessary?
