Password Management

Whilst in school, WeLearn365 passwords can be reset at https://manage.welearn365.com. Staff can reset the password of any pupil within their school. Staff passwords can only be reset by a nominated school password administrator.

Please note that the password portal is only available within school or using an MFA connection outside school. Otherwise, resets can be carried out by ICTDS by contacting our Service Desk on 01926 414100 or ictdsservicedesk@warwickshire.gov.uk.

Please note that ICTDS is unable to process password resets requested by parents or children. If your child is unable to log into WeLearn365, please request a password reset from your child's school. This would also apply if your child does not know their WeLearn365 username. We appreciate that this may be frustrating but hope that you will understand that from a safeguarding and GDPR perspective, this has to be the case.
