Time frames for work - your timetable is set up to plan around 20 hours of work per week
For some problems you can ask your subject or Ako teacher for support. They may be able to email or support you through Google Meet.
If you are having technical issues with accessing or using a learning tool, check with your subject teacher or ako teacher. They can put you in touch with the Cyclone IT support staff.
They can help you with your school login details

How to organise your Google Drive and find documents
Use the Snipping tool or 'print screen'- to create an image of part of your screen (that can be saved or copy and pasted into a document)
Share a photo - how to take a photo of work that is not online (eg hand-written work or art) and show this to your teacher
You can add the 'Google Drive' app to your phone; this will then come up as option when you choose to 'share' a photo from your phone
You can attach the photo to an email, if you have your school gmail on your phone
You can upload photos to a chat (eg Messenger or Facebook) and then open that chat up on a laptop and download the photo
You can use the web-cam on your laptop to take a photo and this should save straight to your computer
