Write a gratitude journal: 3 things you’re thankful for each day and keep that up throughout the whole lockdown period
Write a “Who am I” and list all the important things that make up your identity
Find a quote that resonates with you, and create a physical/digital drawing with images, colours and text that inspires you
Sit in the sunshine for 30mins each day
Write a personal journal of your time in lockdown
Set 3 goals you want to achieve whilst at home and take action to achieve these ie learn to cook a meal, teaching your sibling a skill How did you go? What enabled you to complete your goal? What were some barriers which impacted progress or reaching your goal?
Draw a picture of your Pepeha (include people in your life, the places you are from/have been, your mountain, your river).
Go on a walk to a place that has a view. Sit and think about things you have done in your life that you are proud of.
