Arriving in Qatar

Web Summit Qatar takes place in Doha from January 31 - February 3, 2027. We recommend arriving in Doha on or before Sunday, January 31.

On Sunday, January 31, you’ll be able to pre-register at the venue and attend the first Night Summit event that evening. There is no exhibition on this day. Times and further information will be shared closer to the event.

The exhibition begins at Doha exhibition and convention center (DECC) at 8.30am on Monday, February 1, and will finish at 5pm on Wednesday, January 2.

Hotels

Doha is filled with many amazing hotels. Web Summit Qatar 2027 has partnered with Bnetwork to help you find what you are searching for. You can easily search for hotels that are close to the venue in this link. The link will be available closer to the event date.

Visas

If you’re travelling from outside Qatar, please be sure to check if you need a visa to enter. Keep in mind that this process can take some time.

Remember that we are unable to refund any tickets on the basis of failure to secure a visa. Check out refund policy on our terms and conditions page here.

We do not liaise with the government of any country to provide visas. However, we are happy to provide a letter confirming you are attending Web Summit Qatar.

Letter of attendance

If needed, we can provide each team member with a letter confirming their attendance in order to supplement their visa application. You can find more information here.

When you arrive

Registration

If you are in Doha before the event begins, we recommend that you pre-register either at the airport or the venue. We will release more registration information closer to the event.

To register, you will need to download the official Web Summit app, which will launch in the weeks before the event. Once logged into the app you can find your QR code. This QR code along with your photo ID will be required to register and collect your accreditation. Attendees must collect their own accreditation.

Please make sure all your ticket details are complete before registering at the venue.
