We will be in touch on November 26 with all of the important information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit, including filling out your profile and applying to startup activations. Check out this section for what to expect on November 26. 

Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit, and will be ready for you when you arrive on your designated exhibition day. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your exhibition day, and the venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees.

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by the Startup Success team on or before January 21. You will exhibit on either Monday 1, Tuesday 2, or Wednesday 3 February. Please note we do not facilitate specific date requests.
