FAQ

We will be in touch on August 27 with all of the important information on how you can start preparing for Web Summit, including filling out your profile and applying to startup activations. Check out this section for what to expect on August 27. 

Your booth will be provided to you by Web Summit, and will be ready for you when you arrive on your designated exhibition day. You can access your booth from 7.30am on the morning of your exhibition day, and the venue will be open from 8.30am for all other attendees.

Exhibition days will be communicated to you by your success manager on or before October 29. Exhibition days will take place on either Tuesday, November 10, Wednesday, November 11, or Thursday, November 12.
