Personalized Professional Learning

Current practices:

• Librarian attends CESA trainings to learn about new educational resources, get updates from WI DPI,  and collaborate with local Library Media Specialists to improve library program

• Librarian attends yearly Wisconsin Educational Media and Technology conference

Possible areas for growth:

• create a professional development library for teachers

• create short how-to videos on how to use new apps or tech
