Our mission is to process the district's semi-monthly payroll in an efficient and effective manner. Effective July 1, 2012, all employees shall participate in a direct deposit payroll plan. Direct deposit statements are available via Skyward Employee Access on each pay day.
Pay days are on the 5th and 20th of each month, pay days that fall on a weekend shall be paid on the Friday preceding, pay days that fall on a holiday shall be the day preceding the holiday.

True Time is an automated timekeeping system. The timekeeping system allows employees to track their time electronically. It ensures accuracy and efficiency. We expect all hourly employees to use the program to clock in and out daily and submit their timesheet at the end of each week.
