All certificates and transcripts MUST be uploaded to your My Learning Plan.
First, you will need to make sure your certificate or transcript are in PDF form.
If it is a sheet of paper, you will need to use the office copied to email a copy to you. When you send it from the office copier, it will send it to you in PDF form. ONLY SEND YOURSELF 1 certificate/transcript at a time.
When you receive the email, make sure you do 2 things to help with organization.
Make sure you have created a file in your drive called CEUs.
Rename the file so you know when and where it is from. (Do not make it too long.)

When it tells you to enter a friendly name for this file, you have already done this when you renamed your file earlier.
Once you have your new Teaching License in hand, Archive your files so you have a clean slate for the next 5 years.
