Counseling Resources

White Oak Elementary uses a three prong approach to social emotional learning.  Using school-wide TREK expectations, teaching Second Step in classrooms with Zones of Regulation, students will understand their roles and parts in our communities, and also better understand themselves.  Additionally, the school counselors teach in-depth about the bodies' stress response system, and how to manage stress with coping skills.
