NC Governor’s School is a 4-week summer residential competitive program (June 21-July 18) where selected students can dive deeper into an academic subject or Arts field. This opportunity is open to all Juniors (Academic and Arts) and for select Sophomores interested in the Arts (Choral, Instrumental, Performing Arts, Dance, and Visual Arts only). Students must have a 3.25 unweighted GPA, 3.5 weighted GPA or another qualifying criteria.

Tips:
Download and save a copy of the documents linked above to your computer.
Ask your recommenders as soon as possible if they would be willing to write a letter of recommendation. Give them plenty of time to write the letter!
Email your teachers the recommendation form as an attachment & ask them to return the completed form to Mrs. Duncan - cduncan3@wcpss.net by the Oct. 17th deadline.
Don't forget to save the form again once you complete your application!
