NAS Pledge: I pledge to uphold the high purposes of the National Achievers Society into which I have been inducted. I will be true to the principles for which it stands. I will be loyal to my school and community and will maintain high standards of excellence in scholarship, service, leadership, and character.
Membership in NAS is maintained by doing each of the following:
Maintain a 3.0 weighted grade point average (GPA) or higher each semester.
Complete 20 organization/service hours per academic year (10 hours per semester). Active committee members may submit two hours of committee activities toward this requirement.
Enroll in at least one honors and/or Advanced Placement course
Attend 70% of NAS meetings each year
Pay organizational dues as set by the majority of the membership for the academic year.
Be a role model for others through academic excellence, leadership, positive behavior and character, and service to others. Abide by WCPSS and SHS Student Code of Conduct
