COMMUNITY SERVICE LOG SHEET
COMMUNITY SERVICE LOG SHEET
Take your log sheet to each place and each time you volunteer.
Fill out your portion: first 4 boxes.
Have the event coordinator or volunteer coordinator of that agency/event complete the "agency contact" portions of the form (last 3 boxes)
Turn the completed form into Ms. Martz in student services.
Ms. Martz will verify and enter.
**Recommendation: take a picture of your completed form before you turn it in.
*Remember each National Achiever must complete 10 volunteer service hours per semester to maintain NAS membership. The 20 total hours must include a minimum of 14 "NAS Sponsored" hours. This means anything listed on Hosted Groups.

Join the Activate Good team to unload the Wake Relief delivery truck and stock shelves with food and supplies.
Book Processing

Help sort for quality, count, pack and bundle books to be shared in the community.
Scanning Football Tickets for NC State

Unite as we honor those lost on 9/11 with acts of service. Volunteers will learn about a variety of worthy causes and make impacts at service project stations.

WakeEd Partnership is seeking volunteers to help stock shelves, interact with educators, count and inventory supplies, package and sort supplies.

Note in the Pocket (NIP) is a charity that regularly donates clothing packages to impoverished children and families.

Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC (ONGOING) :

This is an ongoing event that can be completed at days/times that work for you ending on May 30th, 2026.
The NC Food Bank for Central and Eastern Raleigh is a food bank where we sort food supplies to be shipped out to other local charities in the Raleigh area.

North Raleigh Ministries Thrift Store (ONGOING) :

This is an ongoing event that can be completed at days/times that work for you ending on May 30th, 2026.
This event is only for those who have completed the North Raleigh Ministries training session.
You only have to attend the training session once to volunteer from year to year.
