Beginning Art
Beginning Art," the “cornerstone” of the program builds upon the students’ existing abilities in Art while exploring a wide-range of concepts, history and media though artwork, discussions, reading assignments, research, presentations and written papers.
Students in Beginning Art will need to show the ability to learn and explore independently and in small groups. Students will be able to move with more freedom than in most of their middle school art experiences. With that freedom comes hard work and responsibility.
