CLASSROOM VOLUNTEERING:

Our volunteers are the reason our first grade is so awesome! We would love to have you join us in any way you can.

Here are a few ways you can assist your child's classroom teacher: 

• • Copying/helping with paper sorting and cutting;

  • Help stuff Friday BEACH folders and stuff Finished Work Envelopes on Friday mornings

• • Be a "Mystery Reader" (shhh, don't tell your child) for snack & story time on Friday afternoons;

  • Support independent student practice while a teacher works with small groups;

  • Chaperone a field trip (look for future sign ups);

  • Donate items for special classroom events (look for future communications/sign ups);

 and

• • Shop our First Grade Amazon Wishlist to donate items we will use in the classroom.
