My name is Callie Garcia and I am honored to be your child's AIG teacher at Oak Grove Elementary. I have a passion for helping students discover and develop their unique talents and abilities. My goal is to create a learning environment where students feel challenged, supported, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.
I believe that every student has the potential to excel, and I am committed to providing AIG students with the resources and opportunities to do just that.
Gifted learners deserve the same opportunities that all students should have:
1. A Rigorous Education: One that challenges them to surpass their own expectations.
2. Building Connections: A chance to engage with peers who share similar interests and develop essential social skills.
3. A Joyful Learning Environment: A safe space where they can enjoy the process of learning.
4. Empowerment to Create Change: Providing them with the confidence and soft skills necessary to positively impact the world.
