Counseling & Student Services Staff (CASS: Counselors, School Social Worker, School Psychologist, and School Nurse) are available during their work hours through email. You may also reach them during their office hours.

Please use your student email (ex: jlstudent@students.wcpss.net) to communicate with all Student Services staff. You can access your student email by logging into Wake ID and clicking the “Outlook” square.
