Expected Outcome #3
During the 2022-2023 school year, the North Ridge MTAC will facilitate better communication regarding digital citizenship with families. The team will share some of the family-focused materials from Common Sense Media with school families.
Evidence of Completion #3
This was a goal suggested by family members in MTAC, hoping to provide better tools for families. This year, the Common Sense Media curriculum was taught during media specials to all students. A link to the family materials was provided on the school website, through the principal's message, and given to homeroom teachers to send home through their team newsletters. As well, the CASS and ULT were pointed to the Common Sense Media materials as a tool to use with students' discipline regarding technology, both to use with parents and with students.
