The Sea Turtle Team uses the Unique Learning System program which is designed specifically to give students with complex learning needs meaningful access to the general education curriculum. This program provides monthly adapted lessons on a variety of instructional levels that are aligned to the standards. This lessons include chapters, science experiments, recipes, reading library, and homework . Monthly assessments are given to each student to measure growth on each monthly topic as well as benchmark assessments to measure annual growth .
