Absences- If your student must miss school for some reason, please send an email to abryan@wcpss.net or a written note to let us know why they are absent. Thank you for your help with this. Unless we have an email or note, student absences are considered "unexcused". "Educational" trips MUST have pre-approval from our administration. 919.870.4074 is the office phone number.
Transportation Changes- If you know in advance that your child will be going home a different way than normal, please send in a note to let us know. If the change is permanent- example- they have always ridden carpool but will now ride the bus, please send in a note to let us know that too.
