Standard IV

My team and I facilitate learning by using both formal and informal assessments to gauge where the students are and make adjustments to fit their specific learning needs. We differentiate instruction and materials as needed to fit each child’s needs. My team and I have grade level meetings on Mondays and PLT with 2nd grade on Tuesdays to discuss the standards and progress between students and grade levels. We use interactive activities and group work to engage students in learning. Each class implements a variety of learning styles to reach children who learn in different ways. We continuously collaborate as a team to find new resources and new materials that will help our students be successful.
