Before planning any instruction, my teammate and I create a pacing guide, making sure to look at both major/minor assessments in the curriculum as well as heavily weighted EOG standards. At any point, this pacing guide may be adjusted in relation to student data and needs.

Following the pacing guide, google slides are created for each lesson. Videos and additional resources can be embedded into the lesson - as well as additional tools such as sentence frames needed for discussion. This tool allows for my team to make sure we are all hitting the same major points of a lesson and allows for easy reflection and editing following a lesson as well as collaboration.
