Miss Williamson
A proud Jamaican Educator having 20 years of experience . That teacher is me, Navakene Williamson. I began my studies at St. Joseph’s Teachers College, Jamaica and advanced my education at the Northern Caribbean University, Jamaica. This will be my third-year teaching at Lynn Road. I love my job and believe strongly in the power of education. My goal is to help your child reach their fullest potential of course with all stakeholder working as a TEAM.
I am committed to the well-being and development of all students placed in my care. I teach and support my students’ through dedicated efforts as well as providing an environment where they can explore and grow. I am particularly excited by creating new strategies that encourage students to crave knowledge and enjoy learning.
When I am not teaching, I enjoy exploring the outdoors, cooking, socializing, jet skiing,and surfing the net. I also enjoy traveling and have been fortunate to meet several persons of different origins. It is this love of travel and learning about diverse cultures that led me to be earning a Masters in Education with an emphasis in teaching English To Second Language Learners.
