Ligon Honors Concert Chorus

In this yearlong course, students sing two-part and/or three-part music in this performing choral music group.

Students have the opportunity to sing solos and participate in small ensembles.

Members of this group may participate in the annual Wake County "All-County" Honors Chorus, NC All-State Chorus ,and for the NC Music Performance Adjudication (MPA)

Some after-school rehearsals and evening performances may be required.

Students will study international music and histories of musical styles as well as sight-singing, ear training, and music theory.

This class is by audition/teacher recommendation only.
