The transfer period will be open during:
March 2nd - 13th
Families who submit a request during this period will be eligible for an appeal.
Results will be available via email and/or text within 7 to 10 business days.
Please update Mr. Febres via e-mail @ PFebres@wcpss.net if you intend on making transfer request.

Keep In Minds
1) Please update Mr. Febres @ (PFebres@wcpss.net) if you foresee that you will be transferring in the near future or place a transfer request. He will make sure to keep your moves in mind during High School registration and to provide you the proper registration forms.
2) Mr. Febres will encourage students to still register to the High School they are scheduled to attend (even though you are planning to move to a different base school area). Once the student is officially transferred, he will follow up with the family/student to make sure they are properly registered for the newly assigned high school. Family should update Mr. Febres once they get a tranfer request approved.

Understanding Your Results
As you complete and submit your transfer request, here is how you can interpret the status of your application.
In the application portal, you will see one of the following by the application school:
Orange dot: submitted (not processed)
Green dot: assigned (approved)
Red dot: unassigned (not approved)
Your written results will be sent to you via email or text within 7 to 10 business days. If you are eligible for an appeal, this information will be included in your response.
