Check-In/Registration Team

Pre Race:

Arrive during the time of 7:15 & 7:40, go to the registration desk and see a Check-In Team Member. They will direct you to your team lead, your team lead should provide you with all of your supplies for the day. Once 7:45 hits you will meet with the Registration Manager and all other Guide Teams to go over Guidelines, EAP, & Duties with the teams. After this, stop by the start/finish aid station for the complementary volunteer chicken biscuit. You will then be sent to site location for the day.

During the Race:

Remain stationed at your respective area providing assistance to runners checking in, some volunteers will be asked to help direct people to the correct line and the rest will be at a check-in station. All Directions and information regarding the 2019 procedures will take place on the day of the race.

Post Race:

Once a CFA5k Management Team Member gives the all clear to close the course, you will be directed by the registration manger to ether assist in field cleanup, course cleanup or check-in cleanup.
