Aid Station Team

Pre Race:

Arrive during the time of 7:15 & 7:40, go to the registration desk and see a Check-In Team Member. They will direct you to your team lead, your team lead should provide you with all of your supplies for the day. Once 7:45 hits you will go to the field to meet with the Medical Manager and all other Medical Team Members to go over Guidelines, EAP, & Duties. After this, stop by the start/finish aid station for the complementary volunteer chicken biscuit. You will then be sent to site location for the day, so remember to use the restroom or grab anything you need before hitting the trail. Once 8:55 hits begin filling up cups of water and arranging them on the table. Trash Cans should be arranged so that runners can quickly throw them away without causing a disruption to their run.

During the Race:

Remain stationed at your respective area providing encouragement to runners as they go by! Continue to restock cups as you will have additional runners, please also remember to keep your area neat & tidy by throwing away all trash. If a medical incident occurs immediately call it in via the walkies or get in touch with an area supervisor with a walkie and a corresponding response will be put into action based on the EAP level activated.

Post Race:

Once a CFA5k Management Team Member gives the all clear to close the course Route Guide Leads should sweep the trail starting at their furthest location walking towards the start of the race, as this is occurring Break the table down, empty all cups/coolers and have an aid station member await pickup from a Area Supervisor via Gator.
