ARTICLE VIII of Heritage High School's Constitution of the Student Government Association
Section V: Club Committee Requirements
The club serves the same or similar purpose to another club that currently exists.
It requires mandatory fees from members.
It requires transportation off campus.
It requires off-campus duties to be functional or fulfill the club's purpose.
It requires activities that need permission slips.
It requires physical fitness waivers or medical clearance.
It requires raising funds for causes or organizations outside of the One School, One Cause campaign.
The student attempts to establish, lead, or direct a club that undermines SGA’s credibility, integrity, or purpose.
Conflict of Interest Clause: Denial may also be considered if the student is currently affiliated with a student-led club they chartered, as this could potentially impact their ability to fully engage and contribute meaningfully to each club, compromising the overall quality of their participation and the effectiveness of the clubs themselves.
