What is Interclub Council? 

A council dedicated to the advancement of Clubs & Organizations at Heritage High School.

Interclub Council Mission: To promote the growth and maintenance of clubs and organizations at Heritage High School.

2024-2025 Goals:

• Increase club and organization awareness and involvement among students.

• Increase club attendance among students.

• Facilitate communication between and within clubs.

• Organize events to help students connect to clubs related to their interests.

• Increase accountability among club leadership.

Membership and participation in all student clubs and organizations is open to all students without regard to age, race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, sex, sexual orientation, national origin, disability, or other protected classifications.

Difference between Chartered Organizations and Student-Initiated Clubs

Chartered Organizations

These organizations typically have a national charter, year-over-year purpose, or are specifically selected to be Chartered Organizations (e.g., honor societies, CTSOs, Student Council, Key Club).

Student-Led Clubs

These clubs typically have a general interest as their core and are led by student-created goals, as opposed to national or community obligations.
