About Us
The East Garner Magnet Middle School Music department is comprised of band, choir, orchestra, and piano programs. We are fortunate to be a part of an IB Magnet school that emphasizes the importance of the arts and supports global learning. EGMMS is a large school with around 1,400 scholars that make up our student body.
In the East Garner Middle School Creative Arts department we are dedicated to educating scholars through our individual disciplines. We emphasise collaboration, experience, and performing through our programs collectively. We believe students learn through experience and exposure and we try to provide these opportunities as much as possible.
