The Celina Rose Minsk Compassion Fund Dedication

The Broadway Bengals Booster Club established a compassion fund in June of 2023. The Compassion Fund is used to cover fees for students that are unable to afford the costs associated with Theatre and Dance Enrichment Opportunities.

As of today, June 5, 2025 the Compassion Fund will now bare a new name in Memory of Broadway Bengal Alum Celina Rose Minsk. Today we honor Celina’s Memory and establish the Celina Rose Minsk Compassion Fund.

Celina joined the Broadway Bengals back in 2020. She loved to perform and had a smile that lit up the stage. Here at Fuquay-Varina Middle School, the Broadway Bengals are one BIG family. Here, like-minded children find their tribe!

Celina suffered from a severe nut allergy which ultimately took her from us way too soon. In such a time, Celina’s light still shines bright! Her family donated her organs to provide life to others that would not have survived without these organ donations.

We honor Celina’s bright beautiful light and generous heart! We thank her mom, Mayda, and her family for allowing her legacy to live on in future performing artists.

The Broadway Bengals believes in providing Theatre and Dance Enrichment for all students, to grow their love and passion of the performing arts, that same love Celina shared for the arts.
