Rules & Procedures

Class Routines

• Prior to the START of class

o    Before the tardy bell, students line up outside the theatre & dance classroom.

o    Phones are powered down and put in VIP Parking Slot & GUM goes in the trash.

o    Personal items are stored in the front of the classroom

o    Sit in your assigned seat or go directly to your warm-up location.

•  Prior to the END of class

o    When Ms. Lundberg dismisses at the alarm, you may gather your phone and any personal items.

Class Rules

• While theatre class is fun, it is NOT a time to socialize with your friends. Stay focused.

• Use kind language & respectful behavior – Do NOT chat over teacher instruction or peer performances which includes when students ask questions. These become excessive distractions.

•  Attendance and arriving on time are important to class. A tardy is a disruption.

• Potty breaks! Students have 3 minutes to use the bathroom and return promptly to class. While I do not limit a student’s access to the bathroom, they need to be using it during other classes too.

• UPDATE! Snacks & Water! Students are encouraged to always keep water bottles with them. Only water is allowed in the theater and dance clossroom, as well as the auditorium.  No Snacks are allowed in any classroom or in the auditorium.
