Wake Network of Care: A comprehensive, up to date service directory to locate needed services, organizations, and supports throughout Wake County (Wake Network of Care website).
Western Wake Health & Human Services Center: In partnership with the community, will facilitate full access to high quality and effective health and human services for Wake County residents living, working and playing in Western Wake County (Wake.Gov website).
Legal Aid of North Carolina: Nonprofit organization that provides free legal help to eligible low-income individuals and families.
