I am originally from Virginia but my husband’s career as a 3-D Character & Environment Artist sent us to Austin, Texas in 2007 and now back here to North Carolina.  I am married to Dennis and have two sons and a daughter. We also have two labs named Aus and Tex! They are my world!  

I received my Bachelor’s and Master’s Degree in Education from Old Dominion University. This is my 23rd year as a special education teacher.  I am a certified K-12 special education teacher and have worked with students in grades KG-5th.  I love kids and teaching them all the skills they need to be successful!  

I love to take photos and make photo books. I am always baking yummy sweet treats for my friends and family. I love purple and watching basketball with my family.
