We want to introduce ourselves and welcome you to Apex Friendship’s AIG family! Please continue reading below to learn more about Mrs. Drager and Mrs. Johnson.
All About Mrs. Drager
I grew up in sunny San Diego, California but moved to NC 18 years ago. I absolutely love it and couldn’t imagine living anywhere else. This is my 23rd year teaching with 18 of those being in Wake County. I have previously taught 3rd, 4th, and 5th grades as well as been an acceleration teacher for math. My husband works in IT, and I have 2 amazing children: Sophia (24) and Grayson (20).
All About Mrs. Johnson:
I grew up right here in Apex and I am a proud graduate of Wake County Public Schools! This is my thirteenth year teaching in Wake County. I have previously taught third and fourth grades. My husband is a teacher and baseball coach at Middle Creek High School. When we are not teaching in Apex, we are busy chasing after our daughters, Avery (4) and Adalyn (1).
We look forward to working with your AIG child(ren) and meet you and your child(ren) that may be joining AIG! If you have any questions about the AIG program, please do not hesitate to reach out to either of us.
We will work on so many fun projects this year that will be challenging and help our brains grow! We love to incorporate critical thinking, creativity, and passion into what we do in AIG.
We will be collaborating with your child’s teacher throughout the week and will provide pull out AIG time for 45 minutes per subject area identified.
