For seamless integration, always use your school Google Account to login. Microsoft and Adobe Products are listed in the WakeID Portal. For Promethean and Canva use your WCPSS.net email.

Sound Issues: Your Promethean is LOUD! There are 3 places to control sound, so check all if you are having issues. See this video for details.

If you have trouble swiping to advance slides: Use just one finger, and press hard.
Do not use writing markers on these boards, you will void the warranty.
Best Cleaning:
Use a Microfiber cloth. You can wet it down to get off fingerprints.
To Sanitize, use the microfiber cloth with rubbing alcohol
Don't use other items, windex/bleach/lysol wipes can desensitize your board.
Keys acting up, typing wrong letters or keyboard dysfunction.

if your device is non responsive, the power button could be off.

Three cables are included in a box with your Promethean Board:
USB-C - to connect your laptop or iPhone
HDMI - for your document camera
USB-A to USB-B - for some Doc Cams and Calculators
Keep cables you might use and send others back to the library and we'll store them for future use.
Open up the Chrome Web Store.
Search for Keep Awake WITH SUN, not coffee.
Pin it to your Extensions.
SUNRISE - screen will be kept on. SUNSET - system will stay awake. MOON - save energy.
If you're logged into the Chromebox, your email and other student data could be accessed.
Please lock your account if you leave the room. This is similar to the security of a student shutting the Chromebook.
In the bottom right corner by the time, you'll find options, click on the power icon and choose "Lock."
After the lock screen, the Promethean will go dark with "no signal" within a few minutes. Wipe your hand across the screen to wake it up and login.
How to find the Menu in Google Slides
Touch bottom left corner
Choose Exit Slideshow to get Chrome Toolbar
Within your login, choose signout at the bottom.
Shut Down the Device/Chromebox.
After the shut down, watch the Chromebox light turn off.
Now turn power off the Screen.
