EReader font Options

We're so excited to have two options for students to read eBooks in Wake County. If you find it easier to read with a bigger, or with the OpenDyslexic Font, many books now offer that option. (Not all books.) Follow these directions for Wake County Public Libraries and the Destiny Discover (WCPSS) Library Catalog.

Destiny Discover - Popular Books provided by your school Library. These can be read on a phone, iPad, or student Chromebook!

Log into WakeID on your device. Click on Destiny Discover App

Search for a title, keyword, or subject in the catalog.

Then use the toggle on the right of the search box to choose eBook.

Look through descriptions of the book. If it looks good, checkout the book and the open it.

Choose settings in the top corner at the 3 dots once the book opens. Then toggle on the "Dyslexic Font"

Check it out!

Libby App - Wider Variety of books provided by Wake County Public Libraries. Place holds on books you need ahead of time if needed!

You'll need a library card. Click here for more info and a list of great books!

Once you open the app, search for your book under eBooks to be read by Libby.

Download the Book and open it.

Look for the A to choose font selections.

Choose OpenDyslexic!
