Spring 2021 Teacher Biographies:
Kevin Carter:Coach Carter is in his 19th year of teaching and 23rd year of coaching. He has a BA in History and a MA in Educational Leadership. He is a Google Certified Teacher, and a former overseas Athletic Director. He has traveled to over 30 countries and considers it his personal hobby. His classroom philosophy is to have fun while learning!

Shannon Rybarczyk: Ms. Rybarczyk is originally from Salisbury, NC and received her Bachelor's degree in History from North Carolina State University. She also has a Masters in Library Science from North Carolina Central University. She is married and has two wonderful children, Megan and Will.

Jodi Hanes: Hi! My name is Jodi Hanes, and this semester I am teaching American History 2 and World History. After graduating from the University of South Alabama in 2001, I started my teaching career in my hometown of Las Vegas, Nevada. Since 2008, I have been living and teaching in Raleigh and the surrounding area. This is my 3rd year at Apex Friendship High School, and I love it! I am looking forward to a great 20th year in the classroom!
