BAND BOOSTER FEES:

To current CSHS band/orchestra families (parents AND students): please sign up for the Band Booster Remind using the link below! This will help you stay connected to all things band/orchestra.

There are NO 2022-23 FEES to join the Clear Spring Area Band Boosters. All CSHS band/orchestra parents are automatically members. Get involved!

Parents: We need your help!

Please take note of the below Band Booster upcoming events!

  • Mrs. Price will need help painting the band’s practice field before band camp; please plan to help on the evening of Sunday 8/7 (rain date Sunday 8/14)! SSL hours will be offered to students, but we need parent help as well. Sign up to help here!

  • Fundraiser: August 8th-13th Clear Spring Carnival Lemonade stand and Food tent - Sign up to help here!

  • We will hold our CSHS Band/Orchestra Family Meeting on TUESDAY, 8/23 starting at 6:00-8:30 pm! Lots of detailed calendar information will be shared. You won't want to miss it!

  • Band parent volunteers are needed for football chaperones/field show set-up. Please submit your volunteer forms to Mrs. Price.

  • Chaperones will also be needed for the band/orchestra bi-annual big trip and will require volunteer forms; this will be to Washington D.C. during spring 2023. Possible dates include weekends between February and May. We will share more information as it becomes available.

  • Future Fundraiser: Quarter Auction or Cash Bingo– October/November 2022

  • Future Fundraiser: Quarter Auction or Cash Bingo – February/March 2023

We are also currently looking at the following upcoming fundraisers/ideas-

  • restaurant fundraisers

  • bake sales

  • pork stick sales

  • swim night

BINGO SPONSORSHIPS: Students are encouraged to "claim" two business sponsorships during their time in the CSHS Band/Orchestra. The idea is for each student to ask one business in the summer/fall for assistance with the Fall Bingo, and then ask the second business in the winter for assistance with the Spring Bingo. Students, please claim your businesses HERE!

Our 2022 Bingo was cancelled.

Due to low ticket sales and sponsorships, we had to make the very difficult decision to cancel the March 20th Bingo. Thank you to all those who have supported our organization. Those who purchased tickets should have already received refunds.

QUARTER AUCTION INFO:

We held successful Quarter Auctions in November 2020 and November 2021.

  • Students were not permitted to work at this fundraiser due to COVID but could participate in the fun!

  • Parents who worked will earn merits for their student to be toward future instrumental department trips.

  • $5.00 admission (ticket)

  • 2 Bidding Paddles with each admission ticket

  • Extra paddles, food and beverages available for purchase

PORK STICK FUNDRAISER INFO:

  • We held this fundraiser in fall 2020 and fall 2021!

  • We ask that everyone sells the contents of their pork stick bag, and hopefully even more! Each stick costs $1 each; each stick we sell will make 45% profit!!!

  • This is a cash-only fundraiser.

Sweetsie's July 2020 Fundraiser


On July 11,2020, we earned $350 profit from this fundraiser! Thanks to everyone, including Sweetsie's, for their generous support!




February 2020 Bingo

We were pleased to hold a successful BINGO fundraiser again on February 23, 2020! This was our first official joint fundraiser with the CSHS Orchestra! Thanks to all who attended, helped, and/or sponsored games for this fundraiser!

Scentsy Fall 2019 Fundraiser

The Band completed a SCENTSY fundraiser for November 2019. This was a CASH ONLY fundraiser.
