Eligibility

Eligibility is self-declared. Anyone who is currently within 300% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines is eligible. Those experiencing financial crisis, such as job upheaval or medical emergencies, are also eligible regardless of income level. We will not ask for ID, or proof of residency. 

You will be asked to self-report

• Your household is eligible according to the income chart found here.

• Head of the Household name, address

• Number of children, adults, and seniors in your household.

Any other information is always optional.

How often can I get food?

You can shop for your own food one time per calendar month (once in Jan, once in Feb, once in Mar and so on). If you feel you are in a food emergency please contact area churches or Watonwan County Human Services for more options.
