I would like to develop my leadership skills in order to;
I would like to apply the principles and protocols in the book, Collective Efficacy: How Educators' Beliefs Impact Student Learning to inspire teachers at St. Vincent de Paul to improve student achievement. Specifically, the evidence and assignment analysis protocols will be helpful to increase the rigor of instructional and assessment practices.
I would like to develop my leadership skills in order to;
I would like to apply John Hattie's Visible Learning framework to implement a practical inquiry model for teachers to ask questions of themselves about the impact they are having on student achievement.
I would also like to implement a process for documenting, evidence-based monitoring and analysis of instructional rounds and to support this through regular class meetings with teachers throughout the year (4 times/ year during planning time).

Together with our family of schools administrators, I would like to coordinate a schedule so that each of us could take turns hosting a mass at the local parish where students, staff and parents/ guardians would be invited to participate. We could also partner with our local parish in their outreach programs, so that staff, students and parents could be actively involved in providing service to their community through the food bank, visiting seniors and social justice causes.

I would like to use the Program Planning & Monitoring Framework to determine; how we will monitor our SIPSA, what data we will need to collect, and how we will evaluate the effectiveness of our educational programs.
I would like to develop my leadership skills in order to;
I would also like to co-design and implement a school-wide Positive Behavior Support Program (PBSIS) program to address persistent problems with respect to school climate/ behaviour (as identified in the results of the school climate survey). This program could help to reduce suspensions, disciplinary referrals, and bullying incidents. In order to monitor and track the effectiveness of the program, the behaviour referral forms could be digitized to enable systematic analysis and to identify patterns of behaviour. Having a Kindness Meter would help make our efforts visible in a tangible and measurable way.
