Cognitive: I strongly believe in my ability to learn due to my approach of viewing change as an opportunity to apply my skills and experiences to new contexts and to develop and grow. My involvement in a variety of educational settings and roles has contributed to my capacity to understand and manage meaningful change on a large scale under complex circumstances. I have taught FSL, and Special Education in elementary and, english, math, computer studies, and business courses in secondary. I also coordinated a program for 60 at-risk students seeking credits for their secondary school diploma. I have been an educational technology consultant in post secondary and K-12 institutions. I coordinated the
elementary skills challenge for 700 students, and implemented a Board-wide implementation of Chromebooks & Google Suite for Edu, as the District Lead for our Technology Learning Fund projects. Through the process of articulating goals, interpreting problems and generating creative solutions, I have developed the foresight to help engage our system leaders in considering the implications of our initiatives on program delivery.
